How old are you?

What did you major in?

I graduated from Florida State University this year and majored in Public Relations with a minor in English!

Where are you from?

I was born & raised in South Florida (Coral Springs)! From there I went to Gainesville for a year after graduating high school, then left to attend FSU in Tallahassee, then flew straight to Chicago after graduation for a fashion/lifestyle internship!

Where do you live now?

Have you always loved writing?

Omg, yes! When I was younger I wrote in a journal, as mosttttt young girls do. As I started getting older I got really into writing poetry and still absolutely love it. I’ve honestly always loved writing in general and found that blogging was the perfect way to share all of these thoughts I have with everyone

How many times a week do you workout?

I go 5x a week! I lift each day & incorporate my hiit routine into my workout 3x a week

Do you diet strictly?

I honestly stopped tracking my macros a year ago and couldn’t be happier that I did. As someone who has been dieting for years, I’m able to sort of eyeball a meal & figure out the macros (carbohydrates, fats, protein) & I just estimate the amount I should be consuming by that. With that being said, I absolutely eat very healthy majority of the week, but I have about 2 cheat meals a week!

What gym do you go to?

I’ve been faithful to LA Fitness for the past seven years, but recently started going to the FFC gym once I moved to Chicago!

Favorite type of music?

Honestly I don’t think I could choose! I’m in love with all Electronic/Dance music but also here for rap, rock, alternative, all of that. If I had to choose a few favorites artists I’d say Mac Miller, J Cole, Slander, Odesza, Illenium + any other artists that make music that make you feel something

What do you do for work?

As of now, I’m interning at a Fashion/Lifestyle PR firm in Chicago; but I plan on relocating once again in September to wherever my career takes me! I love PR & Social Media, so my goal is to continue helping to build brands and work on meaningful campaigns!

Favorite creative photo editing apps?

Soooo many! My favorites would have to be VSCO (for filters), Over (for templates) and Enlight (for all that artssssssy stuff)

I use Over and Unfold! Both have amazing templates that you can work with and customize
